A single sharing grant on an agent.

Two dimensions:

Who — a specific user (granteeType=USER, granteeId=<userId>) or every logged-in user in this install (granteeType=WORKSPACE, granteeId="*").
What — a tier (CLONE, RUN, or EDIT). Tiers are inclusive: EDIT > RUN > CLONE, so a RUN grant implies CLONE.

Grants live on the agent definition (see io.agentscope.builder.web.catalog.AgentDefinition#shares()) and are evaluated by AgentAclService. The createdAt/createdBy fields exist for the activity log; they are never used in permission decisions.
