Start the clock and the focus timer plus deadline countdown follow you; XP lands only after every check and the delivery reflection.

每张卡都标明专注预算与完成窗口。项目按交付物评估：选择适合团队的轨道，再按对应实现说明推进。Each card shows its focus budget and delivery window. Projects are language-agnostic deliverables: pick the track that fits the team, then follow the matching build notes.

限时规则How the timebox works

开启窗口Start the window

开始会写下截止时间并启动专注时钟。时钟按真实时间走：刷新或关掉标签页不会停，除非你暂停。Start sets a deadline and begins the focus clock. The clock is wall time: reloading or closing the tab does not stop it until you pause.

暂停与继续Pause and resume

离开就暂停。计时只在运行中累加；可以随时暂停多次。Pause when you leave. The timer accumulates only while running; you can pause as often as you like.

证据优先Evidence over ticks

里程碑只有在验收成立时才勾，交付物只有文件存在且可重跑时才勾。勾选是你愿意被追问的声明。Check a milestone only when its acceptance holds, and a deliverable only when the file exists and reruns. Ticks are claims you can defend.

完成门槛Finish gate

完成需要全部勾选并写满 20 字复盘。XP 只发一次；项目徽章与 XP 同时解锁。Finish requires every checkbox plus a 20-character reflection. XP is paid once; the project badge unlocks on the same gate.

超时也是数据Late is data

超过窗口仍可完成，但记录会标记为延期并显示截止状态。不要掩饰，把延误写进复盘。Missing the window still lets you finish, but the record is marked late and the deadline is called out. Do not hide it; write what slipped.

完成前可重置Reset before finish

未完成项目可两次点击重置，清空计时、清单与复盘；已完成交付记录会保留。An unfinished project can be reset (two clicks) to clear the timer, checklist and reflection. Finished delivery records are kept.

时间预算Time budgets

预算按在职工程师校准：6 到 20 个专注小时。窗口是日历上限，不是预期工时。Budgets are calibrated for a working engineer: 6 to 20 focused hours. A window is the calendar limit, not the expected effort.

项目共用同一实验工作区。所有产物写到 lab/work/projects/<id>/，确保可复现，绝不触碰生产仓库。Projects reuse the same lab workspace. Write everything under lab/work/projects/<id>/ so runs are reproducible and never touch a production repository.
