Sandbox state store backed by the generic AgentScope AgentStateStore abstraction.
This store keeps sandbox lifecycle state in the same state backend as ReActAgent runtime
state. As a result, providing a distributed AgentStateStore implementation (for example Redis)
automatically enables distributed sandbox resume state.
