Default audit sink: logs at INFO via SLF4J and (optionally) republishes the record as a Spring
ApplicationEvent so other components can subscribe with @EventListener.
Replace with a custom AdminAuditLogger bean to ship records to RocketMQ, Loki, or a
compliance pipeline.
